@SotoSocial Not to mention guests leaving to higher end resorts and casinos to gamble and eat and spend elsewhere. Luxor has nice tower suites and great restaurants. We’ve even hit there a few times 👍🏽

@SotoSocial Nice. The app option works great. Never had an issue with the key on the app not working. They probably got tired of the long lines of people asking to upgrade a regular room for $20 to a suite and a long line at check out to see what can get comped off a bill.

Las Vegas going all kiosk check in. Nor more humans and a $20 upgrade at Luxor. It’s all kiosk, QR Code, and print your own keys (that part is nice).
