As I read many of the posts dealing with Tucker and his ilk, it's pretty obvious that those who challenge what he and the likeminded say are far more informed about history and language, and far more supportive of President Trump and MAGA, than Tucker and his followers. It's not by accident that Carlson, MTG, Fuentes, et al, are constantly attacking POTUS -- and I don't mean rational disagreements stated in a rational and legitimate way -- I mean attacking him.  Personally.  Or accusing him of betrayal, etc. That's because it is they whose ideas and ideology are so provably absurd and irrational that they are mostly left with sloganeering -- "neo-cons," being a prime example.  They don't even know what that term means and how it came to be.  They share this characteristic with Marxists, including Saul Alinsky.  And they essentially accuse Trump of abandoning Trump when Trump does not perform as they demand.   They seek to redefine MAGA, claim that all that came before, like Ronald Reagan (who invented the MAGA term), Bill Buckley, Milton Friedman, or most other conservative giants, are "Old Guard" or irrelevant or, worse, were failures.  It's a new day, they insist, with new and better ideas.  Other than pointing to non-historian historians, crackpot authors, conspiracy theorists, racists and bigots, self-aggrandizing podcasters and "influencers", and each other, they spend precious little time actually explaining rationally what those brilliant ideas are, how they are unique and new and different, and why we should dismiss not just conservatism but, more broadly, Americanism, and everything that came before -- except that which can be twisted as some kind of historical or legitimate foundation for their daily propaganda.  Meanwhile, they dance with Putin, and the diabolical dictators of Qatar and Iran -- who are fascists and genocidal maniacs, which is hardly new or improved or different from past genocidal maniacs. None of this is MAGA.  None of this is conservatism.  It is toxic, as are they.  There is no rational debate to be had about the evils of Adolf Hitler and the Third Reich, Putin and his fascist dictatorship, Qatar and its terrorist supporting activities, the right for Israel to exist, etc.  What's to debate? These people are all to be condemned for what they say, and there are plenty of reasons for which to condemn them.  Those who do so are true patriots in the tradition of the Founders and others, who rejected tyranny.   Regularly platforming anti-American guests, Nazi-sympathizers, fake historians, genocidal maniacs, antisemitic comedians, and other truly strange people, and so forth, and being noticed and condemned for it, is not some "neo-con" invention.  Carlson and his ilk apparently don't even know what a neo-con is, as they use it as a pejorative to attack anyone with whom they disagree, especially Jews. Smearing Jews and Christians, Judeo-Christian values, and lauding Sharia law and Islamic police states is alien in every respect to the American experiment.  These people are grifters, endlessly seeking more and more eyes no matter what it takes and no matter what is said.  But I also believe their hate is real and their ways are diabolical and manipulative.  There's much more to be said, but not in this limited format.  But to be clear, if you support President Trump, even if you've disagreements here and there, you should be condemning these people.  They have used MAGA to advance their own objectives.  They are not MAGA.  The American people will never rally around the idiocy and poison they spew. And they will ensure that the Republicans lose the midterms and the Democrats choose the next president by causing even a small number of Republican and conservative voters to stay home.  And the Marxist-Islamist left loves Tucker and the rest of them, as do the Democrat media that continuously promotes them.  They know that he and his ilk will deliver them victories.  We must do all we can to overcome this.  Time is running out.
