The grind never stops. Late nights. Countless hours. Been working on something behind the scenes that I’m really excited about. I think a lot of fantasy football players, dynasty managers, and content creators are going to find it useful. Still cooking, but I can’t wait to share it with everyone soon 👀 🤞

KC Concepcion’s most likely outcome is his ceiling. My best comp for him would be Cooper Kupp. Stylistically, KC Concepcion reminds me a lot of Cooper Kupp. Neither wins with elite size or blazing speed. They win with route tempo, leverage, football IQ, and consistently creating separation. Reception Perception has long graded Kupp as one of the NFL’s best separators on slants, crossers, curls, and digs, and those are the same areas where KC consistently wins on film. Concepcion also forced missed tackles at a high rate in college, showing similar YAC ability through vision rather than pure explosiveness. He’s smaller and quicker than Kupp, so I’m not projecting the same career, but the way they uncover and become a quarterback’s security blanket is very similar. The comparison is about play style, not production.

Verdict: HOLD THE VETS. This is a championship-caliber roster. 🔥 In a 10-team, 1.5 TEP league, elite difference-makers win titles, and you have them. Strengths QB: Lamar is a weekly league-winner. RB: McCaffrey, Henry, and Swift give you arguably the best RB room in the league. Even if CMC/Henry lose some dynasty value, they can absolutely win you a title this year. WR: Jefferson is the cornerstone. London, AJ Brown, Davante, and give you incredible weekly depth. TE (1.5 TEP): Trey McBride is a massive advantage. In this format he’s nearly impossible to replace. And you have Loveland!! This is ELITEz Concerns The roster is old at RB (CMC, Henry) and has aging depth (Adams, Diggs, AJB). QB depth is weak behind Lamar and Herbert. I hope Willis pans out for your sake. Mac Jones and Watson aren’t players I’d want starting if Lamar misses time. There isn’t much future draft capital to replenish the roster. What I’d do Do NOT sell CMC, Henry, Adams, or other vets before the season. Their value to your lineup is much higher than what you’ll get in a trade. Instead: Ride this team into the season. If you’re top 3 by Week 6-8, keep pushing all-in. If injuries derail the year or you’re outside the playoff picture, then move Henry, Adams, and even CMC to contenders for premium picks. The one move I’d actively explore now is packaging one of your veteran WRs (Adams or Diggs) plus a depth piece to upgrade your QB3. In a 10-team league, having a reliable third QB provides more weekly insulation than another WR on your bench. Overall Grade: A This is exactly the type of roster you build to win a title, not to maximize dynasty value. Chase the championship first. You can worry about the age cliff after you’ve got the trophy. 🏆

🔥 Team Review: 9.5/10 Legitimate Championship Contender This is exactly the type of roster I’d be pushing chips in with. In a 12-team SF, Start 10, 1.75 TEP, 6-point pass TD league, elite QB play and difference-makers at TE matter more than almost anywhere else. You check both boxes. 💪 Strengths QB: Hurts is a league-winning cornerstone in this format. I think Shough could break out. I feel comfortable with those 2. RB: Gibbs, CMC, and Breece is absurd. Three legitimate RB1s gives you a weekly edge and injury insulation. WR: CeeDee, Garrett Wilson, and Olave is a championship-caliber room. TE: Laporta + Ferguson in 1.75 TEP is a massive advantage. Starting both weekly is exactly what I’d do. 📈 Depth You also have useful depth pieces: Pollard Swift Jakobi Meyers Christian Watson Parker Washington Gunner Helm (interesting stash) Spears You’re not relying on these guys, which is exactly where you want them. 👀 What I’d Do I’d be aggressively shopping future picks. This roster has one obvious weakness: QB2 stability. If you can turn future capital into a top-12 QB (Purdy, Goff, Baker, Dak, etc.), I’d do it immediately. Six-point passing TDs make that upgrade even more impactful. If QB prices are outrageous, I’d pivot and buy another elite producer (Davante Adams, Derrick Henry, Mike Evans-type) to maximize this championship window. 🔥 Overall This team is built to win now without sacrificing enough youth to completely fall apart later. Grade: 9.5/10 My move: Push the chips in. Future 1sts are worth far less than a championship banner when your starting lineup looks like this.

This is a clear contender, but I wouldn’t be shoving more chips in right now. Your starting lineup is loaded: QB: Caleb + Herbert is a top-3 SF pairing as one of the best QB duos in the league. WR: CD, AJB, Tee, GW and Burden is elite. Four/five legitimate WR1/2s in a Start 10 is a massive advantage. TE: Pitts, Ferguson, and Hockenson in 0.75 TEP gives you both ceiling and insulation. The biggest weakness is RB. Swift is fine, but he’s your RB1, and after him it’s thin. In this format, that can become a problem in December. What I’d do: Don’t buy another WR or QB. You’re already overloaded there. Use your depth instead of your future 28 1st. If you get to midseason and you’re a top-3 team, then I’d move the 2028 1st for a true difference-maker at RB. Overall, I’d hold for now. This roster is good enough to compete as-is, and your future firsts become much more valuable once contenders start selling at the deadline. Don’t buy just because you can, wait until your roster tells you exactly what it’s missing.

I’d hold more than buy right now. This roster is already a real contender: QB/SF: Herbert, Caleb, Love is a massive edge in 10T SF. RB: Bijan + Jeanty is elite, and Tuten gives you a strong RB3/flex. WR: ARSB, Rashee, AJB, Egbuka is championship-level. TE: Kelce + Kraft/Likely gives you short-term ceiling with insulation. My main concern: this team is already expensive and old-ish in spots. Kelce/AJB are win-now assets. You don’t need to keep emptying the pick chest unless it clearly upgrades your weekly starters. I’d only move picks for a true lineup hammer: elite WR upgrade elite TE if Kelce cliff hits locked-in RB depth near playoffs I would not sell youth like Ladd, Burden, Lemon, Reed just to slightly upgrade. That’s your retool bridge. Best plan: hold picks until midseason. Injuries will create desperate sellers/buyers. Then use 2028/2029 1sts to buy production (likely at RB, depending on Tuten’s production) once you know exactly what hole exists. Verdict: contend, but don’t force it. Hold unless a clear elite starter becomes available. You’re already a top team guaranteed.

@FF_Citadel Need some general direction: Keep buying or hold? Start 1x QB, 2x RB, 3x WR, 1x TE, 2x Flex, 1x SF. 10T .5PPR .5TEP I know I'm contending but do I look to keep moving picks/youth for higher end studs? Appreciate any advice!

@dynastyPierre3 At this point, I’d just take the side with the second round pick. Both players are non-needle movers, so always take the better draft capital.

Noteworthy YPC Kings 🧐👑 💣 De’Von Achane - what stops him from repeating? Tyreek was hurt since week 4 and Waddle didn’t dictate coverage. 💣 Blake Corum - does he deserve more work? Him as early down hammer with Kyren as pass game/third down back? 💣 JK Dobbins - should he be the clear RB1 in Denver? Most efficient back between him and Harvey last year. 💣 Jordan Mason - sneaky good efficient year last year? The QB play and O-line injuries could have majorly stunted his overall production. 💣 Kenneth Walker - does he do better or worse on the Chiefs? Can Eric Bieniemy and Andy Reid benefit him as much as Kubiak? Increased snapshare and goal line work should be on the table in Kansas City. Jones.🤝

🚨 Nico Collins Is Still Being Underrated Nico Collins has somehow become one of the strangest values in fantasy football. Everyone agrees he’s good. Everyone agrees he’s C.J. Stroud’s WR1. Everyone agrees he has week-winning upside. But I still don’t think the market fully treats him like the elite fantasy asset he’s become. Collins just posted 71 receptions, 1,117 yards, and 6 touchdowns in 2025, finishing tied for 9th in the NFL in receiving yards while averaging 15.7 yards per reception, 6th among qualified receivers. That wasn’t a fluke. It was his third straight 1,000-yard season. The thing that makes Nico different is how he gets there. He is not a manufactured-touch player. He is not living on cheap slot targets. He wins vertically, after the catch, and at the catch point. At 6’4”, 215 pounds, with a 95th-percentile catch radius and 90th-percentile speed score, Collins has the body type of a contested-catch alpha but the efficiency profile of a true separator. That’s why the “too many mouths to feed” argument does not scare me. Houston has young talent around him. Jayden Higgins and Jaylin Noel matter. Tank Dell could return. But Mike Clay still projects Collins as the clear WR1 in Houston: 137 targets, 86 receptions, 1,213 yards, 7 TDs, 249 PPR points, and a WR10 finish. He also projects Collins for a 25% target share, which puts him in the same target-share tier as A.J. Brown, Zay Flowers, Rashee Rice, and only slightly behind names like Drake London, Garrett Wilson, CeeDee Lamb, and Justin Jefferson. That is the key. Nico does not need 170 targets to pay off. He is one of the few receivers who can hit elite fantasy production on 130-140 targets because his targets are worth more. Deep targets. Red zone targets. High-value perimeter looks. That’s the profile that creates spike weeks. And fantasy football is won by spike weeks. The other reason I’m still buying is C.J. Stroud. The Texans offense has not hit its ceiling yet. Clay projects Houston for 9.5 wins and 362 points, but if Stroud takes another step, Nico is the obvious player who benefits first. That’s the part I think the market is sleeping on. Nico Collins is already producing like a low-end WR1 without the Texans offense fully exploding. If Houston jumps from “good offense” to “elite offense,” Collins has a very real path into the Chase / Jefferson / Lamb / Puka conversation for stretches of the season. He may not have the dynasty flash of the younger WRs. But the production is real. The efficiency is real. The alpha role is real. 🏰 Dynasty Citadel Verdict: Nico Collins is not a sell because Houston added more weapons. He is a buy because elite offenses create more fantasy points, and he is still the first read attached to C.J. Stroud.
