In the past year, I had the pleasure of mentoring two outstanding students, Sarah Rudolph-Naiberg and Shahad Salman @prydecornell. Yesterday, they showcased their community-engaged work from our collaboration with @NYCommonPantry at the @CornellBCTR UG Research Symposium! 🥳

Through the FIG lab, he introduces students to his community-based, transdisciplinary, ecologically minded approaches to scholarship." (4/4)

Fig Lab loves food! We had a “labsgiving” where we all brought our own cultural foods. It was a blast! We have Jollof rice, Roast Duck, Vegan Mapo tofu, Pancit canton, and Vegan pozole verde! It was all delicious 😋
