@LesMuttons My son did the same. We paid for an MRI and ended up paying for the surgery too. He was 18 at the time and the waiting time was long. Maybe try a private mri and a consultation at Nuffield or Spire in Cambridge. It will push you up the list a bit. Sorry, it’s a horrible injury.

Anyone done their ACL on here? Knee went playing football yesterday and got taken to A&E. I have a referral to a knee specialist for suspected ACL and meniscus injury. Anyone know how long that referral takes...I am in fucking agony 😂

I absolutely hate the stress of Mother's Day. My kids hate it, can't cope - the weight of expectation & not knowing what they are supposed to do/ be I hate having to include my mother just so she can be vile to me all day So this year I'm not & now she's not speaking to me 🙄
