@Deere_Salesman And I don't want it to go to a /acre charge like see and spray because the only people that benefits are the big acre guys as usual. It needs to be monthly and the smaller more efficient guys can see some benefit off of that model as well.

@Deere_Salesman But I use my phone everyday and I pay for the data on what I use...Deere forces use to pay for something for an entire year that we only have a use for 2 months so there is 10 months of the year I am paying for something Im not using. Thats my issue and for a lot of my customers

Subscriptions in ag are becoming huge and justification being around “you own a phone but pay to use it” I have another take Software updates should be warranty if a dealer has to do it because over the air fails. Apple updates my phone for free. Manufacturers should do the same

@Deere_Salesman And your phone argument doesn't hold water I use my everyday I will pay my month bill the $1500 to unlock my combine for a year for the 2 months I use it to use features that my last machine came with I have issues with

@Deere_Salesman My problem with it is it is more about reoccurring revenue and share holder profits. They made 17 B in profits the last two years. I want them to do well but paying a subscription on a machine I use for 2 out of 12 months a year and having the only option be annual is my issue
