Hey @AppleSupport Are you ever going to own up to the #FlexGate issue or just ignore it and expect everyone to dish out $700 to repair a 2 year old laptop? Terrible customer service and support

Getting a repair or replacement is done on a case by case basis. Some ppl get lucky with a nice Senior Advisor, others don’t. Your best bet is to be assertive but kind. Check out this link to see how someone was able to get a replacement in store: youtu.be/BcL63gsA8Q0

No, on the phone bc the Apple store was closed. After repair store fixed the screen, my MB started crashing nonstop. I shipped it back, and a few weeks later the space bar stopped working. I told them I can’t live like this, give me a reliable laptop.

If you have had numerous repairs (at least 3) on your MB, you can request a replacement from Apple! That is how I was able to get mine replaced. #macbookpro #flexgate

@AppleSupport @Apple #flexgate is happening again after i replace whole screen at 12/102018 at @iBoxIndonesia with service code is ESO: SMS.112603. please this is not cheap computer and not cheap to replace whole screem again! for the second time
