Silly billies fast for autophagy. Chads eat gelatine and collagen instead. Glycine extends lifespans up to 30% by promoting autophagy, in all animal studies. Daily collagen / gelatine (both abundant in glycine) is my favourite longevity hack! Everyday Morning Kick Coffee and Vanilla Gummy recipe 🍮 🦋🤎: Ingredients - 1 litre of non-homogenised, non-fortified milk (or the best quality you can get) - 5 tablespoons of grass-fed gelatine (I use Saturee, link in bio or Solara or one from balancedbodymind.com) - 2-4 double espressos - 150 grams of white sugar or a generous amount of maple syrup or honey - optional: cacao powder, half Tbsp of glycine powder - Vanilla extract - Pinch of sea salt Method Add the gelatine to a glass of cold milk and allow it to bloom. Meanwhile, heat up the rest of the milk. Once warmed, add the bloomed gelatine and stir on low heat until fully combined and smooth, ensuring it doesn’t stick to the pot. Remove from the heat. Add the espressos, vanilla, sugar (or maple syrup/honey), glycine, and a pinch of sea salt. Allow the mixture to cool slightly, then pour into moulds of your choice, or into a large dish to cut later. Leave in the fridge to set. Enjoy! Stop fasting like a silly billy. Fasting is sooooooo last decade. We now know better! Start eating glycine/collagen/gelatine while avoiding excess unbalanced methionine in your diet. Namaste. 🦋🤎
