Proud to present Tabula Drosophilae! In this single-cell atlas of the adult fruit fly, 580,000 cells were sequenced and >250 cell types were annotated. They are from 15 individually dissected sexed tissues as well as the entire head and body. science.org/doi/10.1126/sc…
