🚀 We had the pleasure to meet the Rector of the @unipr and Professor Daniele Del Rio, President of the OnFoods Foundation, to discuss their upcoming participation in the Italian Creativity Festival in Boston, set for November 14-22, 2024. 🌎 [See the video: youtube.com/watch?v=S_O4ox…] The University of Parma and OnFoods Foundation will showcase their commitment to research and innovation, aiming to make an impact on a global scale. This unique event will spotlight their efforts in food sustainability, climate action, and energy solutions. Prof. Daniele Del Rio will speak on November 20 in a panel on science, technology, and business, highlighting critical topics in sustainability. “The festival underlines the significant role of both institutions, not only in Italy but globally," says Rector Paolo Martelli. "Together, we will demonstrate how our faculty and researchers are creatively addressing the complex challenges of agri-food systems."
