@Lev_a_i evo's mechanics not balanced,less skill decks, tower troops, meta not balanced,lots of pay to play things, not particular events that make the game unique (exept for 2v2 and less more). That's not the Clash Royale I used to love and play everyday

I've got some news for you all. The good part? After spending hours that could've been used to assist you in other ways, I've seen firsthand that our fair and safety checks, alongside the Player Support team, are incredibly thorough with player behavior tickets. The not-so-good? In reviewing your accounts and tickets, it became clear that there were multiple attempts to challenge bans, impersonation in tickets, resale of bought accounts, and offensive language directed at support agents—ironically, the very reason for some of the bans. I don't see this as a waste of my time. Just as you provided your IDs, hoping, 'maybe my account will be reopened,' I reviewed them with the mindset, 'perhaps there has been a genuine mistake.' While I'm not sorry that the bans were enforced—for they were justified—I do feel sorry for the loss of your accounts.
