This is sadly not a joke - these are landscape concept plans showcased by @dfit_sa. The arch on the CLG side looks appropriate BUT what is going on outside the Tower Arts Centre? The footpath along the fence is half removed & the finish is just grass and a few trees and bushes!

Check out these gorgeous Howard Arkley style paintings at the Anglican Parish of St Marys and the Picket Fence Community Garden. The Springbank Secondary College artwork was supported by funding from the City of Mitcham and led by teachers Anna-Maria Zupancic and Leah Markey.
