@virginmedia The account holder is still at work so I'm not able to log in till they arrive home. 😭 Had hoped the problem would be sorted by then, as I've been without Internet all day! 😭

@GFGBlog Can you clarify what you're referring to exactly? That's our only service checker, and will state if there are any known area impacting faults in our area by searching for the full post code. ^ZR

@virginmedia Hi! This service status works, and says there's no issue, but the one where you put in your postcode and surname was flagging an issue earlier and now won't connect. 😔

@GFGBlog I do apologise. What happens when you attempt to use the Service Status page (virg.in/service)? It appears to be working fine for me at the moment. ^ZR

@virginmedia I've had no WiFi since 9.30am (making WFH a tad tricky...) - your service tracker noted the problem and said it hoped to have it fixed by 3pm. Now the service tracker won't even connect. 😭

Even when (if) Scotland reaches Level 0, I still won't be able to be in a room and rehearse with my second families at band or choir, because we still won't be able to keep far enough away from one another. I'm really glad football fans are an exception to every rule going...
