💭This week’s journal club explores how lifetime trauma may shape depression and anxiety symptoms. Instead of only adding symptoms together into one overall score, the study looked at how individual symptoms connect and influence each other. The findings suggest trauma may not change which symptoms people experience, but it can affect how strongly symptoms connect - especially in less severe samples.
