@LyssAnthrope every issue with caring for such a child is fixed. I don't get what the hangup with 3rd party enforcement is but poof gone. If you don't understand the role of a hypothetical (to isolate underlying principle, this one being biological parental duty) I can try and show you.

Pregnancy is an involuntary biological process in the body. It strains the outer limits of human metabolic endurance, but occurs without agency or volition.
Forcing someone to stay pregnant is not requiring them to "care for a child" - it’s using their body. It’s exploitation.
