I don’t even care about the appearance of characters but I undeniably admit Lara Croft is the only attractive female character I’ve experienced in Western gaming

@Gamerguy3025 @Mangalawyer She has been roundly dethroned by Eve of Stellarblade and Tifa of Final Fantasy 7 Rebirth. Even the current incarnation of Lara Croft is not worth the prestige of the original.

Fable’s reputation system is basically trying to teach people: Be likable. Help people. Build trust. Treat people well even when they are not designed for your attraction. The game is giving players a social tutorial.
And some still went “but are the NPCs hot enough?” You failed.

Let it be known: female protagonists in gaming wouldn't be where they are today without Ellie Williams. She helped bring them into the mainstream and proved they could lead some of gaming's greatest stories. So whenever you see a peak female protagonist, be grateful for Ellie🐐
