@MartinSLewis Usually love your stuff Martin but ISA's are rich peoples news. Most UK adults have less than £10k in savings, trying to protect someone from paying Tax on the interest on that would likely save them £60/70 a year but they wouldn't be able to get to the money should they need to.

@RedrichLFC It lists all the country where signatures have come from and the amount of votes from said country, so far the UK count is 2,209,101 out of (at time of writing) 2,227,257. Overseas votes seem fairly insignificant tbh.

@SciGuySpace Surely cut your losses at this point. Send the Starliner back without Astronauts and get a return trip on the next Dragon mission. They would probably need to be accompanied home by trained dragon pilots anyway.

For weeks and weeks I was 100 percent confident astronauts were coming back on Starliner. About 10 days ago I was 80-20 they were. Now, I am less than that. NASA needs to be more transparent.
