@WillHartley1980 I was actually shocked to discover that Rooibos is caffeine free 😭😭 been drinking it since as long as I remember (staple tea in SA)

Coffee for the kick. Unfortunately, ADHD means the kick often fails to arrive and I've essentially just paid for expensive bean water. That said, I do collect teas. Gremlin put me onto Rooibos a few years ago and it's become our default tea. She avoids caffeine unless it's being used medicinally, and somewhere along the way I got converted too.

Back again to the outdoor cinema. This time it’s to watch the Gruffalo and Stick Man. Hope loves them at the moment which is great as they are my top two books to read 🖤
