We first demonstrated GIZMO’s use in photopatterning biomolecule release from biomaterials. Here, we exploit fluorescent proteins C-terminally modified with the photodegradable oNB moiety. Pattern fidelity following GIZMO is readily quantified via fluorescence microscopy. (3/19)
