Your GFT account and your KYC must be the same name. At completing your KYC you use your email. You could be cheating by using the same email and then use a different name. For compliance which is very important every firm follows. The names must be same. You delayed your withdrawal by completing your KYC with a different name. Therefore no bonus as you created that yourself.

@imitini Rolling around the same talk... why accept the rise at first hand without verification? Why give excuse on the day of payout? You have all the time to verify before accepting the account eligible for payout. Why wait until the deal day ?

You didn’t provide your account number to confirm that you completed your KYC so you can receive your withdrawal on the second business day which would be Tuesday if you requested Friday. Note our rules clearly stated you will get no bonus if you do not complete your KYC or if you have a pending issue with the risk team. There was no delay from our end. Thereby no bonus
