As used in this section, great bodily injury means a significant or substantial physical injury."

Eugene, Ore. — A Black Lives Matter activist and leftist wildfire expert has been arrested and charged with nine counts of second-degree encouraging child s—xual abuse and one count of encouraging s—xual assault of an animal. Michael Stephen Beasley, 63, was arrested on April 23. The investigation was initiated on April 4 after a visitor at a resort cabin reported to police that they found child s—xual abuse playing on a television that Beasley previously stayed in. Prosecutors have asked that his passport be forfeited due to his frequent travel to Thailand. Beasley runs a Substack called "Wind Shift" where he frequently rants about Trump and ICE. My life became increasingly at risk after I exposed mass fraud in Democrat states, where Democrats would rather defend the fraudsters than the person exposing the fraud. Because they're just trying to figure out a justification to keep going back to donors to get more and more money out of them. Remember, that's when the whole anti-racism thing started, was around Obama's second term. If they just said at that time, ‘You know what, we're going to move the goalposts from equality of opportunity to equality of results. We're going to basically make everyone equal at the finish line,’ which is to say, identity socialism. People would've said, ‘Eh, no, we're not on board for that.’ So instead, they created this whole new terminology to justify it. And it's taken us years to unpack that and realize what's really going on.”

A sympathetic faculty member told me so. The grade wasn’t one professor — it was the institution itself. Next assignment: write how Obamacare would lower medical costs. I knew it wouldn’t. I wrote it anyway. Very next semester I changed my major to economics and transferred to @CSULB. At least econ had to deal with incentives, trade-offs, and reality. But the political science department there was worse. I learned quickly that academia is not interested in teaching you how to think, instead they teach you what to think.
