The AHP Workforce Improvement Plan keeps cropping up, so here's some context. It was originally developed for the NHS People Plan. Huge credit to @jkfillingham for leading its development. It's been pivotal for securing key funding for out workforce programmes.

Interviews going really well - 30 candidates have arrived so far! They all watch our fab video of a patient receiving care & are then asked to talk about their observations in their interview with clinical panels. Already some great new HCAs to join us @LancsHospitals #WeAreHCSWs
