Been reading our kids The Rainbow Goblins (1978) recently. Even though it’s 10x wordier than modern children’s books, the artwork is so captivating they scan every page and point at every detail as we go. Art and effort will always be the antidotes to slop.

As a person who plays games, I personally can't follow movies anyway. So much story. I skip to the credits and put that shit into Letterboxd. 3 stars. Onto the next.
