Nice to see the spotlight on data realism in AI training - it's a critical challenge. @BobbySamuels and the team are doing great, hats off to them! We’re building something similar at @inflectivAI with a bit of a twist; contributing to space by transforming fragmented, real-world data (from documents, signals, sensors, and domain sources) into structured, tokenized, and queryable intelligence assets that AI agents can reliably access and reason over. Bringing much-needed provenance, quality rewards (similar to "FICO socres"), and agent-ready context to the problem, moving beyond raw volume toward usable, ownable intelligence that improves model performance and reduces reliance on contrived datasets. Extremely excited to see Datalab, which is the first explicit take to qualify the data realism problem emerging in the AI training data industry. Soon, we'll be able to reward human data companies who produce realistic real world data and punish contrived producers.

Feels like the industry is finally acknowledging the real bottleneck: data, not models. The world doesn’t just need AI labs. It needs labs that produce structured intelligence. Major Announcement: Modulr is partnering with the University of Oxford! 🤖🤝🧑‍🎓 After months of coordination & planning, we are thrilled to finally announce the Access Oxford Initiative in collaboration with @UniofOxford. This initiative will allow prospective students who can't be physically present on Oxford's campus to use Modulr's interface to remotely control a humanoid robot and tour the campus as if they were there in person. With just a computer and an internet connection, these students will be able to see what other students see, ask questions about one of the most prestigious universities in the world, and have full control of where the robot goes. Not only is this a giant leap forward in improving accessibility for students, it also highlights one of many important use cases for remote robot work. We are beyond excited to work with the University of Oxford and help give these students an opportunity previously thought impossible. Coming summer 2026.

yesterday we had @kevinweil (VP of Science Open AI; fmr head of product at IG and twitter) come hang with the @speedrun founders one thing he said jumped out: >> we asked: "what startup opportunities do you find most interesting?" >> Kevin: 80% of the world's data is private. OpenAI won't have access to it. Getting access to that data (or creating data) and building a business on top gives you a real moat.

After six years at Vanar, I’m starting a new chapter. I joined as a community member and over time grew into roles across community, marketing, and leadership. For the past three years, I’ve served as Head of Marketing. Those years shaped how I think about building, shipping, and staying accountable to real users. Vanar has been a huge part of my life. I believe deeply in the amazing AI stack being built and the long-term direction of the project. That belief hasn’t changed. What has changed is where I can have the greatest impact. I’m joining @inflectivAI as Chief Marketing Officer, working alongside David, my best friend since childhood, who leads the company as CEO. Inflectiv is entering an exciting new phase that demands full focus, fast execution, and clear ownership. I'm all in. We have been actively growing the team for this new phase, with amazing new talent across data science, machine learning and much more. To stay fully committed, I’ve stepped away from BeanBee - the team there is building something amazing - I'll remain involved as an advisor. But my priority is singular. Strong piece. Incentives are clearly broken in most human data pipelines. One nuance we’ve seen building @inflectivAI : even fairly compensated, tokenized multimodal data doesn’t compound unless it’s structured into queryable intelligence. Agents don’t struggle from lack of data, they fail because context isn’t reusable, attributable, or economically native at the query layer.
