@BastianKezzif @LibertyCappy Sure but if the woman said the man raped her and it's not true she's already committed to her crime and it's then an entire trial for the man proving him innocent or not. Thereby making the woman guilty in false alligators if the man is found innocent 😅

@LibertyCappy I think it should be two trials. If the man isn’t found guilty beyond a reasonable doubt, he’s freed and there’s a second trial for the accuser. If she isn’t found guilty beyond a reasonable doubt, she also goes free. That’s the only way “guilty until proven innocent” is upheld.
