2016 (he was 17) - charged with 2 attempted m’s (felonies) PLEADED to aggravated assault with a firearm in which is a violent felony as well, and got 3 years probation (which is why he was on house arrest for so long) 2018 - charged with aggravated assault + kidnapping (felonies) but got dropped to battery-family violence (misdemeanor) 2019 - probation violation for possession of marijuana (90 days in jail + 14 more months house arrest) remind you, he hasn’t been CONVICTED of any felony since he was 17, just on probation. 2020 - charged with posession of a firearm by convicted felon, distribution of marijuana, possession of controlled substance, PLEADED to gun possession charge and it got moved from Louisana to Utah which brings us to 2024 2024 - convicted from 2020 charge and sentenced to 23 months, 5 years probation, and $200,000 fine. also 2024 - charged with running a “prescription drug ring” but was dropped to 2 counts of third-degree felony identity fraud, 2 counts of third-degree felony forgery, and 6 counts of misdemeanor unlawful pharmacy conduct. “As part of the plea deal, Gaulden will not be asked to serve time in Utah State Prison. Instead, his 4 felony charges were reduced to Class A Misdemeanors and he was ordered to pay a $25,000 fine.” 🤷🏽‍♂️ So he’s serving 23 months for the gun, doing programs in the FCI institution he is at, which knocks off anywhere from 15-90 days off his sentencing. For those who say he’s snitching or whatever, i promise u he wouldn’t be able to walk the yard if he was telling bc it don’t matter who you are, your paperwork gets checked as soon as you step foot on any federal yard. This is all public information, i just did it for yall.
