Layla woke up, looking around. Seeing Marc was asleep, she gently got up and went to the bathroom to wash her face. Once finished, she sat back down and waited patiently for him to wake up, opening a book in the meantime.
Layla let herself lay down, closing her eyes. "Just wake me up when it gets to a respectable hour". She murmured before finally allowing herself to fall asleep.
"Not without you". Layla said adamantly, now moving to sit down on the bed. "You need to rest too. And I'm not taking no for an answer".
Layla finally allowed herself to relax. "Right. Now, let's get back to bed. We'll need all the rest we can get for tomorrow".
