We have now selected 40 mentees from 15 Kenyan universities after a rigorous 4-stage selection cycle that was supported by 60 of our alumni and mentors as essay reviewers and interviewers. This was our largest applicant pool yet, with a 72% increase in applicants compared to last year, all from 43 universities. We are glad that holistic out-of-classroom mentorship infrastructure is much sought after & needed! Congratulations to everyone selected!
