@sufferingspurs Such a stupid statement. It’s all well and good saying it’s fine because we’re backing the manager. But when the excessive money spent on mediocre players cripples us financially, I’m not sure you’ll have the same attitude.

People questioning whether this is the ‘right signing’ for us, just leave it. Squad planning isn’t your job. De Zerbi has so far come across as a meticulous manager who knows exactly what he wants. So if he wants Tonali and the club are backing him, that can only be a good thing. This will all be part of a bigger plan and it’s an extremely encouraging sign. We have to wholeheartedly back everything De Zerbi wants. He’s earned it. And this has his name written all over it

🥇🚨| #Tottenham have interest in Leeds United goalkeeper Karl Darlow this summer. There is expected to be competition for the Welsh international who has been in excellent form this season, and who is out of contract this summer. @mcgrathmike

@JackPittBrooke @VFTLpodcast Who would be a bigger loss to Spurs long term “project” if they were to be relegated. Micky VDV or Archie Gray?

Victor Valdés once warned the world:
“When I retire, I will disappear. I’ll go somewhere no one can find me.”
And that’s exactly what he did.
After winning everything with Guardiola’s legendary Barcelona and delivering countless unforgettable nights, Valdés walked away from football — and from the spotlight itself.
He briefly tried coaching and even returned to Barça to manage the U19s. But three years later, he vanished without a word. No press conference. No goodbye. No explanation.
He deleted WhatsApp. He stopped answering messages. No one knows where he lives, what he’s doing, or whether he even wants to be found.
A man who once performed on football’s biggest stage now lives in complete silence.

@James_THFC It's not really a 5 is it. It's 3 and wing backs. Was decent last time out so no need to change
