Trump is eliminating Iran’s nuclear and ballistic missile program simultaneously. Plus stopping their extortion of global oil prices. Obama gave Iran $100 billion for doing nothing except a delaying it’s nuclear program. So Obama gave around five times what Trump is offering and Obama got nothing. Your ignorance is astounding.

Trump spent years in a jealous rage, relentlessly slamming Barack Obama for unfreezing $1.7 billion of Iran's own money to Iran, calling it pathetic ransom money and proof of a disastrous, weak-kneed surrender. Driven by petty obsession, Trump spitefully ripped up the Iran nuclear deal in 2018, shredding every restraint on Tehran, and smugly promised the world a "better deal." Instead, his childish vendetta supercharged Iran's nuclear program, pushing it dangerously close to the bomb. Now, in a breathtaking display of hypocrisy and failure, Trump is negotiating to hand Iran access to $20 billion in frozen funds — more than ten times what he once condemned — in exchange for the regime surrendering its near-weapons-grade uranium stockpile. This is Trump at his most embarrassingly stupid: destroying a deal that had capped Iran's enrichment and kept it under watch, only to crawl back offering vastly more cash after his own incompetence made the threat far worse. The man who mocked Obama for "giving" Iran money is now dangling a fortune in frozen assets while pretending it's a brilliant victory. It's not leadership — it's ego-driven incompetence and rank hypocrisy, a petty grudge that backfired spectacularly and left America facing a more expensive, more dangerous mess. Trump's jealous tantrum didn't make America safer; it just made the cleanup bill ten times bigger.

I don’t care whether you’re a Democrat or a Republican. We should all be demanding answers about why the elected officials we voted into office are blocking the release of sexual harassment settlements that were paid for with our taxpayer dollars. It’s complete bullshit.

The most f*cked up aspect of this is the "DoorDash grandma" t-shirt she's wearing, and the implications of this: I checked and this is a pre-organized PR stunt between DoorDash and the White House (they boast about it on their website: about.doordash.com/en-us/news/das…). The lady - Sharon Simmons, "a grandmother of ten" who has "completed more than 14,000 deliveries" - isn't even from DC, they brought her over from Arkansas as a prop for this. Think about just how uniquely rotten things need to be in order for this to happen. She is literally a grandmother relying on gig work because she can't afford healthcare for her husband's stage-3 cancer. She doesn't even get paid a living wage and needs to rely on tips. And as an "independent contractor," she gets no benefits, no healthcare, no retirement. Which means she is an almost perfect illustration of the failure of the American social contract on almost every level: healthcare, labor rights, retirement, wages, etc. Any decent human being looking at her story - let alone policymakers - should feel only one thing: shame. Yet DoorDash and the White House looked at this woman and saw a photo op. They flew her from Arkansas, branded her "DoorDash grandma" and used her as a mascot for a tax tweak - no tax on tips - that wouldn't even begin to cover her husband's chemo sessions. Watching the actual video of her "delivery" to Trump (pbs.org/newshour/polit…) is almost unreal. Trump opens up by saying, smiling at the camera, "who says it looks staged? It doesn't." They immediately proceed to do a joint press conference to a bunch of journalists who were conveniently standing right there. None of the questions that follow during the next 15 minutes are related to Simmons' situation who just stands there. Journalists, the President, and cameras all obsessing over culture wars and the actual war in Iran, while the walking embodiment of the country's deepest structural failures - healthcare, labor, retirement - stands silently in a corporate t-shirt, unmentioned and too uncomfortable to confront.

Last week, he threatened to wipe out an entire civilization. This week, he attacked the Pope and followed it up with an AI image of himself as Jesus Christ. The Epstein files? Buried. The swamp? Filled with his GOP sycophants. MAGA, the jig is up. You're not getting anything you voted for.

China is aggressively challenging the American naval blockade. The People's Liberation Army Navy just deployed a heavily armed task force to the Gulf of Oman. Beijing explicitly stated they will not allow Washington to dictate their global energy security. Chinese destroyers are preparing to actively escort their own mega-tankers right to the edge of the US kill box. A massive, direct standoff between American and Chinese naval assets is developing just outside the Strait.

That’s an interesting way to describe people who were skeptical about Trump at first because he was a blank slate politically but then came around eventually once he proved himself to be the most effective president we have ever had at advancing a conservative agenda. The least respectable people in GOP politics are those who hated Trump immediately and then held on to their Trump Derangement Syndrome like it was a matter of life and death and called it, “standing on principle.” Present company included.

The least respectable people in GOP politics aren't the lifelong Trump sycophants, but rather those who challenged him early, saw it hurting their careers, and then sold out for the false promise of a comeback.
