Israeli President @Isaac_Herzog visits a Palestinian family whose relatives were killed by an Iranian missile.

Thugs from the Central Mosque attacked the annual Holi celebration in Harrow, attempting to assault over a thousand peaceful worshippers. I raised this in Parliament. 20 attackers, one arrest... The Met has questions to answer. #BritishHindus

Too many are too polite to say this. But mass ritual prayer in public places is an act of domination. The adhan - which declares there is no god but allah and Muhammad is his messenger - is, when called in a public place, a declaration of domination. Perform these rituals in mosques if you wish. But they are not welcome in our public places and shared institutions. And given their explicit repudiation of Christianity they certainly do not belong in our churches and cathedrals. I am not suggesting everybody at Trafalgar Square last night is an Islamist. But the domination of public places is straight from the Islamist playbook. Trafalgar Square belongs to all of us. It is a national memorial to our independence and our salvation. Last night was not like a televised football match or a St Patrick’s Day celebration. It was an act of domination and therefore division. It shouldn’t happen again.

t.co/X3gatitPxS Flashback: Al Jazeera TV host got destroyed by female Arab psychiatrist Wafa Sultan. This fearless woman broke the rules of political correctness and slammed the entire Muslim world for its “Middle Ages mentality.” She told the Islamists, who can’t stop killing innocent Jews, Christians, and other religious groups, that their violence is never justified, no matter how much they play the victim card. Why are Western leaders still too cowardly to speak with this level of clarity?

If you want to argue public spaces should not be used for worship - because that’s exclusionary - fine. But condemning just one religious group, in this case Muslims, is bigotry. I’m not sure what the debate is.

The consequence of years of having an 'Israel First' foreign policy.

Gaza: Gaza. Completely flattened and destroyed. Over 70,000 dead. Over 20,000 children dead. 90% of residential buildings damaged or destroyed. There is no justification for this. None whatsoever. Thousands of men, women and children have been killed. A place in total ruin. Followed by a ‘new Gaza’ Trump corporate sales pitch at WEF Davos. A monstrosity built on the same site of destruction and mass deaths - with the likes of Tony Blair on the “board of peace”. Grotesque.

Joe Kent, the US counterterrorism chief who resigned on Tuesday over Iran, makes a ferocious attack on Trump’s policy: “Israel drove the decision to take this action… We could have told the Israelis, ‘No you will not’”.

Israel took 15 European ambassadors to show them the damages caused by Iranian missiles in Beit Shemesh area of Tel Aviv. Did these Ambassadors ask Israel why it started the war?

Iran has hit Israel particularly hard today. Yet there is zero footage or photos in my timeline, literally zero.

I’m on my way to Cuba for an emergency 3-day visit. I’ll be delivering medical aid to a children’s cancer hospital and joining an international delegation of MPs opposed to Trump’s new ban on any fuel entering the country. This cruel policy is putting lives at risk. It is an inhumane attempt to strangle the Cuban people. And Trump is even threatening that Cuba could be “next” after Iran. We must take a stand.

I have two clear messages: First, to the United States & Israel: It’s high time to end this war that is risking to get out of control, causing immense suffering on civilians, with dramatic effects on the global economy & potentially tragic consequences, especially for the least developed countries. Second, my message to Iran: Stop attacking your neighbors, they were never parties to the conflict. The Security Council has condemned these attacks, has ordered them to stop, as it has order to open the Strait of Hormuz. The prolonged closure of the Strait of Hormuz causes enormous pain for so many people around the world who have nothing to do with this conflict. It’s time for the force of the law to prevail over the law of the force. It’s time for diplomacy to prevail over war. My remarks from the European Council in Brussels: un.org/sg/en/content/…
