@alexsimmonstv A lot of really good players would lose out if less teams in both leagues. They are already underpaid for the game and putting their bodies on the line!

Rugby League re-structure… what’s everyone’s thoughts? Radical changes have to be made to save the game in my opinion. 10 in Superleague 10 in championship Keep promotion and relegation. I don’t see with the new TV deal how there is any money for any more teams. Thoughts?

Amid the Leigh mess, considerable sympathy for the players. The six who haven’t been paid as they wouldn’t sign compromise agreements, and those with the prospect of playing in team short of numbers, again. How in a sport where players give so much can they be treated this way?
