How to master any skill fast: - stop studying - outline a project - start building it - hit a roadblock - figure out how to overcome it - repeat 4 and 5 for the rest of your life Most people don't get past 1, the rest spiral into complacency after 4.

Banger note-style concepts you can copy 🫡 (all running for 50+ days) BUT... DON'T just copy and paste. These ads worked for them, Yes. That doesn't mean they will work for you. So? Understand WHY they work for THIS specific product. Then apply the same strategy.

anthropics growth marketer mapped out 4 levels of AI marketing use most people sit at level 1, automating what they already do > level 1: automate what you already do (reporting, copy, data pulls) > level 2: use AI as a thinking partner where its better than you > level 3: do work that was below the ROI threshold before > level 4: build custom tools only you would ever build level 3 is work that never existed before. stuff nobody did because the manual cost was never worth it mining negative keywords across every ad group. checking your full site for broken links daily same logic applies to content, research, QA, competitor monitoring. all work that existed in theory but nobody had the hours for level 4 is where the ROI compounds there are hundreds of AI marketing skills and plugins floating around github right now. most of them work in theory but fall apart in practice because they are built for the general case, not your case your business has specific data, specific workflows, specific edge cases that no generic tool will ever cover. the people building custom tools around their own problems are the ones pulling ahead

some more ramblings from working at @AnthropicAI. I've been asked a few times what the single most important thing a growth marketer should be doing with AI that most aren't. surprise, it's not just a single specific task. after running dozens of growth workflows through Claude, I think the useful stuff worth doing falls along four dimensions 🧵

You can now design high-converting, on-brand, ready-to-send emails directly inside of Claude (‼️) So many ecom brands have been telling me the same thing recently. "We're using Claude for everything, and it knows everything about our brand, our products, our customers, our ad performance, etc." They don't want to start teaching another platform about their brand all over again. They want to use everything that Claude already knows as the foundation for strategizing and designing their emails. So we built a connector that plugs directly into your Claude account. Now inside your Claude account, you can: → Generate high-converting email campaign ideas and strategy → Generate on-brand copy → Design on-brand emails → Click one button and schedule the designed emails in Klaviyo Zero manual work. Zero excuses to not be sending at least 2-3 email campaigns per week and generating easy revenue and a high ROI on your Klaviyo bill. Comment "AUTOMATE" and I'll send over instructions on how to set up our connector in your Claude account to start automating your email marketing end-to-end.

My top-performing emails all follow a similar structure. Your hero section focuses on one benefit / angle. When you try to say everything, you end up saying nothing. Your first CTA goes above in the hero before the scroll, it converts way more than you'd think. You shouldn’t make your hot buyers scroll in order to click. The second part is just as important. Instead of writing paragraphs explaining why your product is good, use infographics. Answer the questions your customer is already asking: what is this, how does it work, will it work for me, is it better than what I have now? Drop a second CTA in the middle. Not every reader makes it to the bottom. By the time they reach the bottom they've had the problem named and the solution explained. Show the product, add social proof, and give them a reason to buy today.

📍Here’s how I view the creative strategy process: Creative strategy has 4 structural parts: research, ideation, concept development, and production (obviously metric tracking, hit rates and feedback loops follow this, but I’ll focus on just the pre-launch phases for this thread). Each phase breaks into 3 tasks: - RESEARCH - when, why, who - IDEATION - what, which, how - CONCEPT DEV - how, which, what - PRODUCTION - who, how, when 1️⃣ Research can pretty much be summed up with: when do people feel this problem in their life? Why are they experiencing this pain (what emotions are coming up?) Who are they, or who do they want to be? 2️⃣ Ideation comes down to: what kind of ad do we want to make? Which story are we going to tell? How do we want to target this person (T-E-E-P)? 3️⃣ Concept development is next: How do we want to tell this story? Which format works best? What platform are we designing for? 4️⃣ Production is last: who do we need to help design this? How long will this take to produce? When will we know we’ve hit the mark (which metrics should we track for this ad)? (This is a super simplified version of what I look at each week, but if you can nail these 4 phases and 3 tasks, you’ll have built about 80% of what you need to build a good strategy.) And don’t feel bad if you haven’t gotten to this post yet. This complex system is the reason why creative strategy is one of the most demanding jobs in the industry.😅 👋 (100% written by a human.)

One of our ad concepts has spent £79,700 so far Made £240k and acquired 3390 new customers.. from one concept Made it... it worked Remade it same same but different ... it kept working Here it is: > Static ad > Calls out the TIME TO SOLUTION in the form of a testimonial Example; "In just 3 mins my X was perfect" "I put my X in Y and in 3 mins it was brand new" "It only took 3 mins for me to X" If you want the actual template for this ad, so you can just copy it and put your own logo and image on there.. Comment "STATIC" and I'll send you this one plus 9 more proven winners. (Some of these are more simple than you think)

"I'm not a creative person." No, you are, everyone is, but your mind is just clogged by all of the podcasts and social media you ram into it without properly digesting it. You're conditioned to believe you can only take a certain path in life, and you don't daydream or entertain stupid ideas that could set you on an entirely new trajectory. You're so obsessed with being productive and efficient that you feel like you're always falling behind, and that stress prevents you from thinking outside the box. You need to slow the fuck down, allow yourself to be bored (actually bored, not so overstimulated that you find enjoyable things boring), and pursue a life that you design, not one that was assigned to you.

@thedankoe The idea I understand most deeply is always the one I have written about from scratch because it exposes every gap that thinking alone would have let me ignore.

Q&A Stress Test
Q&A Stress Test@AmitSrivastavaX·
Writing isn't just about recording thoughts; it’s the workout that actually creates them. When you outsource writing to AI or templates, you’re skipping the cognitive "heavy lifting" required to truly understand a topic. Your brain is a muscle. if you stop struggling with original ideas, your ability to think deeply atrophies. You don't write because you understand but you write so that you can understand.

You as a single person have more power today than a 20 person company of the past. That's insane. The internet gave you the ability to learn anything. Social media gave you the leverage to reach anyone. AI is giving you the ability to create almost anything. Please don't waste it
