Look for a 'hook' in phishing emails: 1. Inconsistencies in the email address (spelling, domain, etc) 2. Grammar/spelling errors 3. Unfamiliar tone or greeting 4. Threats of 'urgency' 5. Suspicious attachments 6. Unusual requests #seesomethingsaysomething
