My coworkers are so funny to me bc they will put in the chat stuff like im leaving early bc it’s nice and I want to walk my dog. lol. Like just go walk your dog. No one will know.

I think companies just need to make less things. There is no reason we need 857 types of body wash or cookie scented body wash. Produce less SKUs to bring prices down.

we talk a lot about instagram’s downfall, but facebook really doesn’t get enough of that conversation. i log in and barely see my friends anymore, just ads, groups, and random people i’ve never followed.

@Mazza1976 Opened a new Etsy last year and it’s SLOW going. Not going to give up but not going to put all my eggs there either. Going to go the ‘building a brand’ route with Shopify and work on KDP. I got plenty of KDP ideas.

@Nithya_Shrii 4pm meetings any day! Someone asked me if I could meet at 4:30 the other day. I was already at workout class.

There is a special place in hell for people who schedule 4:00 pm meetings on a Friday.

@smoke_nd_pearlz The amount I actually get in one check barely covers my rent bc rent after taxes, health insurance, 401K, etc.

$75k would’ve been decent 3 years ago and MORE than decent 5 years ago. $75k today? Thats like what? $60k after taxes? $5k a month when rent is $1500+, gas is $4+/gallon, and groceries are at an all time high. On top of that you still gotta worry about saving for emergencies??

@Nithya_Shrii My last job had summer hours but it was work 10 hour days and have Friday off. Jobs just need to be 32 hours a week.

Corporate jobs need summer hours , we need to close early at 3pm so we can enjoy the day outside for our mental health.
