The bakery section at @Keells_SL Rajagiriya needs to be checked in by the Food Control Admin Unit. This is the 2nd time I've been in & their food safety measures are abysmal. Dirty tong not being cleaned Staff takin their hairnets off to scratch their heads & handle food.
