Municipal Hall will be closed on Good Friday, April 3 and Easter Monday, April 6. We will reopen Tuesday, April 7, at 8:30 AM On Saturday April 4, be sure to join us for our Easter egg hunt from 10–11 am in Pioneer Park (7167 Pioneer Ave)

Mayor & Council have declared March 26 “Purple Day” in the District. Purple Day is celebrated annually on March 26 during Epilepsy Awareness Month to increase the knowledge & understanding of epilepsy within the community. On this day the lights on Municipal Hall will be purple.

The Semi-Annual Utility Bill is due 4:30PM, March 30. If you have not received your utility bill contact Municipal Hall at 604-796-2235 and a copy will be provided to you. Bills can be paid online, at your financial institution, or in person at Municipal Hall (7170 Cheam Ave).

The rainfall warning for our region has been upgraded to Orange, a Flood Watch has also been issued. This brings concerns of rising water levels, pooling water, reduced visibility, and the risk of landslides in the area.
