@Grimm_NK @cissiayearner But the first collab was announce about a year or a bit less from when they were released. This one's supposed to be a part 2, but nowhere have they said that there was a part 2. At the very least, we expect a simple "HSR × Fate UBW Part 2"

@Rain_9r @StarRailVerse1 I don't use him since I don't care for the Fate characters in general. All I asked for was just an option to choose whether to accept him or not and they couldn't even give us that much. Compared to ZZZ where they gave players the choice whether to accept Zhao or not.
