If you’re a high school athlete who actually wants to play in college — here’s how much time you really have: Freshmen — 1,350 days left Sophomores — 1,000 days left Juniors — 600 days left Seniors — 250 days left That’s it. Every day you skip lifts… every rep you coast through… every night you choose Xbox over sleep… You’re burning days off that clock. No one is waiting for you. No one is giving you extra time. Build your floor. Chase your ceiling.

Student-athletes, recruiting starts the day you enter high school. Your GPA is your first highlight film. Take every class as seriously as your sport. Discipline in the classroom creates opportunity on the field.
