Nick is 27 and not old enough to run for office. However according to a NYT article published a few months ago about 40% of the White House staffers are estimated to be groypers. Just because it’s not explicated stated doesn’t mean there isn’t a coherent plan and goal that’s being worked towards. Essentially he has opened a new front for his followers to get into positions of power over time while concealing their views. Nick is a much more clever operator than people give him credit for and knows exactly what he’s doing.

I think Nick is making all this shit up about Dan, but if you assume that what he's saying here is true, he's betraying someone's confidence and snitching on them to the entire world.
It shows that he has poor character and can't be trusted.
