woke up this morning w this greenish yellow discharge coming from my lady part. It smells like feces, which would be ok & normal but what concerns me is I just finished antibiotics last week. This shouldnt be happening again so soon 😭 anyone else (trans women) experiencing this?

I understand that these complications would be inevitable after my surgery and my doctor explained to me why my lady part (fistula) will sometimes smell like feces but this discharge also smells like fishy...not normal..but this is always taken care of with antibiotics. Whyyy?!😭
