🚨 Black Woman guns down veteran. She’s claiming self defense. HERE WE GO AGAIN‼️ Another Karmelo Anthony situation. A 62 year old veteran named Bart Diguglielmo was shot and killed over a parking space at Walmart in Florida. The woman is claiming self defense and hasn’t been charged yet. Investigators are trying to determine if the Stand Your Ground law applies here. I’ve watched the video and it doesn’t look like self defense to me. It started as a petty argument over a parking space and the woman immediately started brandishing her firearm. Bart was unarmed and can even be seen in the footage putting his hands up multiple times to show that he posed no threat. She still shot and killed him anyway.

Take a look at the video below. Was this woman in fear for her life from this Veteran? The argument was reportedly over a parking space! No audio but looks to me like she could have and should have gotten in her car and just left. All of us responsible gun owners who legally carry here in Florida know that before you brandish your firearm, let alone discharge it, lyou must either be in imminent fear for your life or interceding to stop a perpetrator who is in the process of committing a felony such as rape. Instead of deescalating as we are trained to do in situations like these, she shot this man! Based on the video, I don’t think she will not be able to convince a jury that this was her only option and she was justified. There are always two sides to every story and video alone isn’t typically enough but I have a very strong feeling she will be indicted, tried, and rightly convicted of Manslaughter. Tendons limbs size torso size bone structure all play a part and whites as I mentioned on average have shorter arms longer torsos and wider skeletons which benefits strength output
