Japan too! I was actually talking about this with a friend yesterday, and he just raved about how incredible Japan is. Clean, kind and intelligent people, and an incredible culture. My grandmother also came there while my grandfather was serving as an army doctor during the Korean War.

Immigrants are some of the most incredible Americans in the country. Our friend group includes immigrants from Mexico, the Philippines, Europe, Lebanon, El Salvador, Canada, South Africa, Maldives, Russia... My father in law was never an American citizen. They’re all assets to our country, not a liability. So it’s true. The LEGAL ones, who come for a better life and are willing to work for it, learn the language, and assimilate.

That being said, I am not particularly fond of the content control that clearly is very prevalent in Russia (having to connect through various VPN’s to get access). But I do understand that the global elites, who are destroying western civilization from the inside, have been controlling media/social networks and silencing any opposition. All except Elon on X. But the rest? Say anything against transitioning children? Hate speech. Against illegal immigration or Islam invasion? Racist. Against abortion? Hate women, or brainwashed- far right. If you don’t agree, banned, shadow banned, silenced, blocked.

Religion is a social construct. A creation by man, not God. Double down on faith. But don’t feel obligated to support a religion that doesn’t align with your values. Romans 8:10-11 “And Christ lives within you… the Spirit of God, who raised Jesus from the dead, lives in you.”

I know the catholic charities have been providing extensive services (and 💰) to relocate them into our country. So I’m not surprised. I’m a cradle catholic, as are our children. But I won’t support this nonsense. Silence on assisted suicide in Canada, transitioning children, rape gangs in Europe… but all the sudden have a lot to say about American politics. Our church leaders have lost their way. And therefore, I will double down on my faith, and step away from religion

I see the Times have published a desperate hit piece attacking Restore Britain. They do though helpfully outline some of our 'key policies', as they call them. To quote their summary... 'mass deportations by removing the entire illegal migration population of the UK' 'abolish the asylum system' 'restore a “pro-British” education system' 'end political Islam' Sounds bloody good to me. They also seem to get annoyed that we're stating the NHS should hire qualified British medical professionals over foreign nationals. I stand by every single word. All in all, a good promotion of our policy platform. First the media ignored us, now they're attacking us. We must be making progress.

Truly, I’m glad to hear your grandmother feels hope. I will not trust my government, or any really for that matter, but I do hope it helps the people, and doesn’t become a money laundering scheme that ends up hurting more than helping (like many “social programs” world wide). I apologize for being so jaded on this issue; for what’s it worth, I do hope I’m wrong for being so skeptical
