@LogMeIn In the link I shared u can find a lot of info.they pretend to be McAfee/Norton, doing email blasting they get inbound calls. Then they scare victims "we found pornography / child pornography / your network is not secure". How can I share a video with you?

@auan_ks You will get an email or you can access it in GoTo Admin by clicking on Billing > Quotes menu to see it. New networks take up to 24 hours to activate.

@LogMeIn I login as admin account then access billing section on GoTo page. I found my invoice on tab 'Paid' but I cannot use my logmein hamachi. Do you have any suggestion for me?

@auan_ks It appears the renewal payment failed so your subscription expired. Since you have updated your billing information I have asked Support to send you an eQuote for a new Standard subscription

@auan_ks When subscriptions fail to renew they are automatically switched to Free, so there may have been a billing issue with your account. We will need your email address to create a support ticket for you.
