Bringing this up again because if $GME can deploy a large amount of capital at such a point as this - (more stocks bottomed in October 2008 than March 2009), it will do far better than deploying capital in expensive markets. A bit more patience may be all it takes.

🇮🇷 IRAN SLAMS THE DOOR ON U.S. TALKS - “UNREASONABLE DEMANDS” TO BLAME
Iran’s foreign minister Abbas Araqchi says Tehran won’t return to nuclear negotiations with Washington “as long as the U.S. makes unreasonable demands.”
Araqchi confirmed that the 5 rounds of indirect U.S.-Iran nuclear talks have been frozen since June - when the 12-day U.S.-Israeli air campaign targeted Iran’s nuclear sites.
Araqchi:
“Talks that were ongoing with the U.S. as well as New York negotiations were suspended and did not go forward because of U.S. excessive demands.”
Meaning diplomacy’s dead - for now.
The stalled talks were meant to revive some version of the old nuclear framework, but Washington’s push for stricter inspection terms and Tehran’s demand for sanction relief have left both sides locked in mutual defiance.
After the June strikes, Iran’s leadership shifted tone from cautious engagement to open confrontation, insisting it won’t sit down again until the U.S. “changes its behavior.”
A thaw? Not likely.
This is the coldest it’s been since Vienna.

🇮🇷 IRAN CANCELS DEAL WITH UN NUCLEAR WATCHDOG AFTER SANCTIONS RETURN Iran just pulled the plug on a deal that let UN inspectors check its nuclear sites. Why? Western powers brought back old UN sanctions last month, and Iran warned this would be the result. The UN’s atomic agency had been trying to rebuild trust after U.S. and Israeli strikes hit Iranian facilities in June. Iran now says the deal’s dead, but adds, “we’ll review new proposals.” Translation: not a hard no, but definitely not a yes. Source: Reuters
