Completed the first leg of my trip from Anchorage to #goldschmidt2023! Really excited to actually wear shorts and sandals this summer! Come say hi and listen to me blabber about building software from a non software dev perspective

This year at #Goldschmidt2023 I will present some of the work I've done on how resorption alters crystal shapes in magma reservoirs. Potentially such changes in crystal shapes affect rheological properties of mushes too - I would be interested to hear people's thoughts!

I am very excited to announce that I will be starting as an Assistant Professor in January 2024 with @MizzouGeology! I am incredibly grateful to all of the people who offered advice and help as I went through the application and interview process 😊
