Plyometrics with the U12 Girls. Plyometrics play a key role in developing young athletes, helping to improve speed, balance, and coordination. We introduce plyometrics to support long term development, build confidence in movement, and lay a strong foundation.

Goalless at Berks County, for the U12 Girl's. "POTM selected by me went to Livia today who had an excellent first half defending extremely well. And a calm and composed second half regaining the ball and starting attacks from the back."- Coach Liam Congratulations to Livia!

U11 girls with a really good result winning 4-0 against Laurel Park Starz! "Players POTM was Clara for a brilliant display on the right hand side find lots of space for chance and being very positive on the ball " - Coach Luca

Tight game today for the U11 Boys! "Highlight - has to be the last minute winner for us , unfortunately it was an own goal from their goalkeeper after he had made a fantastic point blank save. " - Coach Mark
