Among our 3 biggest assets in the war with Iran -- our military might, our economic might, AND the Iranian people. They are an asset. They overwhelmingly despise the regime. And they can provide internal pressures and threats against the regime that we cannot from an air campaign and even through economic pressure. But they cannot effectively threaten the regime with their bare hands. They are a courageous people who've repeatedly risen up against the regime. And 50,000 lost their lives in January alone protesting against the regime. But they have never been supported in any real way, with arms and the means to fight back. They are an asset, a resource, that ought to be utilized. From all I know and hear, they want to be supported and part of this effort.

I encourage everyone to watch this clip. What you’ll see is a leader the Iranian people can be proud of. An articulate individual of high integrity who goes toe-to-toe with adversarial press, and stands his ground on principle and reason.
It’s bewildering that much of the Western press keeps asking the same boring questions. Their interest seems to be in manufacturing clickbait, not serious news. They have a higher standard for @PahlaviReza, a legitimate democratic leader (whom millions of Iranians inside and outside Iran are clearly supporting), than the illegitimate tyrannical regime the Iranian people want gone.
The Iranian people have now been under 1,200+ hours of an internet blackout, while regime officials imposing that blackout speak freely on Western airwaves. Free press for the regime, no press for the people.
Do your job, journalists.

I asked Reza Pahlavi today if he's an Israeli asset. "Of course not", the former crown prince of Iran replied. I also asked him why he does not exclude to restore a permament monarchy in Iran. Isn't that what a true democrat would do? He does not agree...

"I think it should be the prerogative of democratic governments not to be dictated by a bunch of thugs and terrorists."
Crown Prince @PahlaviReza responding to a question about officials declining to meet with him.

@WhiteHouse Thanks. The Islamic Republic Regime is a murderer. We Iranians want real regime change.

"To the Iranian leaders, who will soon be in negotiations with my representatives: I would greatly appreciate the release of these women. I am sure that they will respect the fact that you did so. Please do them no harm! Would be a great start to our negotiations!!!" - President Donald J. Trump 🇺🇸

He helped build Iran’s global terror network — now he’s gaining more power within the regime as a ceasefire hangs in the balance.
Meet Ahmad Vahidi, a former Quds Force commander who led the group of fighters before Qassem Soleimani took over the elite unit, and a firm believer in the “Death to America” ideology.
Analysts who have been following Vahidi’s movements for years link him to some of the deadliest attacks carried out by Iranian-backed networks around the globe over the past 40 years.
Experts say he’s now one of the key figures deciding whether the regime signs on for peace or resumes fighting with the United States.
