Over 14 years, 80+ volunteers oversaw MAPS 3. In a resolution, Council and @davidfholt recognized former Mayor Mick Cornett and Tom McDaniel in his role as the chair of the Citizens Advisory Board and directed the lake at Scissortail Park to be named “Lake McDaniel”.

Community members gathered last week to cut the ribbon on the new MAPS 3 YMCA Healthy Living Center, which was built completely debt-free. The Center provides wellness and social connections for people ages 50 and up.

Exciting news! The third MAPS 3 Health and Wellness Center at NE 36th and Lincoln has welcomed more than 1,000 members. This 44,810-square-foot facility operated by @CHCofOklahoma opened to members on Dec. 7.

Artist Rachel Mica Weiss installed six sculptural components for the new art piece titled Infinite Arches at MAPS 3 Senior Health & Wellness Center on S Western. Composed of hundreds of individually measured strands of polyester rope, this piece hovers above the gymnasium.
