But stallholders (maybe 59% of them) have to be rotated every time to keep things fresh.

Good afternoon @EMTrains. I'm a little surprised how small the luggage racks are on the trains between St Pancras and Sheffield. My hand luggage sized case doesn't even fit up there. Next time you buy new trains perhaps you could consider speccing larger racks?
